Where do you ship?

We currently ship from Germany within the European Union.

What if I live in another country?

Please email us! Chances are we can ship to your country too, but as a small brand, we might have to look into specific customs restrictions etc. first so we can find an individual solution for you.

What if I want to place a B2B order, for example as an aerial studio?

You're very welcome to do make a B2B purchase or even place a bulk order for your students! Please send us an email to discuss details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on where you live: 4,99€ within Germany, 14,99€ within the rest of Europe, 19,99€ to all other countries we generally ship to.

How long does shipping take?

This also depends on where you live, how quickly customs are handled if applicable etc. Genereally of course, we always try to get your order ready and shipped off asap! Within Europe, shipping shouldn't take longer than a week.

Why can't my order be processed?

If this error shows up during checkout, the reason might be that we don't generally ship to your country (in which case we kindly ask you to email us to find a solution) or you try to order to a third country outside of Europe and haven't reached the minimum order value we need to impose for tax reasons.

How can I return or exchange my items?

We're sorry you're not happy with your order! In that case, please email us. Unfortunately, return shipping costs will need to be covered by you. If you'd like to exchange an item, for example because the size doesn't fit, please return your item and place a new order.
